The
Florida Corporate Training Center was established in 1991.
At that time our name was Mark Andrew Training Systems, based
on the founder's name, Mark Andrew Bellio. We were then and
always have been a training and development company, not a
speaker's organization. We know training. We do training.
Home
and Away.
Florida Corporate Training Center is based in Plantation,
Florida. We serve our clients through training courses we
offer here at home. We primarily travel to our clients'
locations, however, and conduct training there. Clients are
scattered throughout the world and it usually makes more sense
to go their locations.
We
Write Them and Train Them.
All of our training workshops have been written, tried and
tested through our own efforts in conjunction with our clients.
We do not train material written by other training companies.
We have confidence in the Sales Mastery line of training courses
because we have seen them work so well.
Call
Center Focus.
We conducted our
first call center training in 1993. By 1994 we were
regular visitors to client call centers. By 1997,
call centers became our focus. Today, although we still
provide field sales and field sales management training, call
centers are our specialty. We have been in countless
call centers around the world, observing calls and floor managers,
developing and delivering training and offering floor management
support.
Staff.
We have stayed lean and mean throughout the last ten years,
never having more than five trainers on board. These days,
we have several "certifiers," those that conduct
the certifications when clients buy our courses. We
also have trainers on board to conduct the actual courses.
Our president, Mo Bellio, is located here in Plantation as
well. (Hey, it's South Florida! Why not?) FCTC has developed
a network of additional certifiers and trainers, as well as
specialists in call center CRM, compensation, hiring, motivation,
incentives and management structure.
Goals.
Our goal has always been to serve our customers and provide
them more than what we promised. This
philosophy has become quite successful for us. We have
kept this focus for the last fifteen years and plan to do
the same for the next fifteen.
