Over the years our instructors manuals have evolved into a comprehensive, unique and user-friendly tool that we're very proud of.

Many of our clients have used our instructors manual as their new standard for all other in-house courses.

There are several great sections. We have included them here.

All of Our Instructor Manuals Contain the Following Five Sections.

Section A - Module Introductions. We describe the purpose of every activity and instructional component for every module in the course. Timings are included for each section and each module too.

Section B - Delivery Section. This comprehensive section is what trainers use as they are delivering. Please look below for a complete overview of this fantastic section.

Section C - Research & Reference Section. Module by module we offer references for additional reading on each topic. We include both chapter and page numbers so you don't have to spend all day trying to learn more about a topic.

Section D - Handouts. If there is a handout, it's located here. The handouts section is neatly arranged and organized for easy use.

Section E - Flip Chart Templates. We believe in delivering with multiple forms of media and flip charts are a great way to go. This section includes templates for each chart that we include in the course.

Delivery Has Never Been Easier!

Our delivery sections ( Section B ) are so easy to use that a person with no training experience could do a decent job delivering our courses. ( Although we recommend sending your best trainers to the certification. )

Here is a snap shot of what's included for every module in the course.

Module Perspective Page: This page speaks to the trainers offering advice, tips and cautions so that they can deliver as if they had our experience and success.

Module Opening: We include an opening for each module, saving your trainers preparation time. Each opening stresses the value of the material to the participants.

Each Delivery section contains up to 100 of these two-page spreads. As you can see we include everything they need to see while delivering. From left to right you will see the participants guide page, space for trainer' notes, course commentary and discussion questions, and the media to use for that section.

Module Review: Every module includes a set of review questions and answers for a great module recap. These can also be used as pop-up quizzes.

Enabling Objective Exercise: This contains the final module role play, exercise or quiz. Each activity is thoroughly introduced and described, often with additional exercise variations.

The Certification Prepares The Way: Your instructors will get extensive use of this instructors' manual during the certification. By the end they will be fully competent trainers of whichever courses you select.
