skills in a pilot format. Whether you schedule a one-day
pilot or a complete, three-day pilot program, we know
the skills will be right for your center(s). We schedule
training pilots to give you our best stuff, not to
convince you to buy more. Every training pilot is
real training. You select up to twelve participants.
We recommend a mix of telephone agents, supervisors,
quality assurance personnel and trainers so that every
one can see the skills.
No
Risk
We
have seen organizations take more than a year to shop
for telephone sales, customer service and/or floor
management training, and then decide to develop their
own training, taking many more months to do so. For
a nominal investment, you can schedule a pilot for
one of our programs, and receive the training in a
matter of weeks. Since our programs are call-center
specific and will likely need very little customizing
for your centers, you can implement training throughout
you centers almost immediately after completing the

One-Day
Pilot: $1450.00 + travel expenses
This
is a single day of training. Whether you are interested
in Telephone Sales Mastery, Superior Service or Call
Center Floor Management, we will help you select the
three most appropriate training modules (skills) for
a one-day program. We will build a day of training
around these modules. The one-day program is excellent
for getting to know the nature of the course in which
you are interested, without spending a lot of money
or time to do so.
Complete
Three-Day Pilot: Fee for Selected Program
($7950.00-$8500.00) + travel expenses
Call
centers are very busy. Finding time for training is
difficult. We developed our programs so that clients
can deliver these courses one or two modules at a
time, not as complete, linear training courses lasting
several days. When we train a pilot, we of course
deliver the complete program from start to finish.
Each program takes about 2.25 to 2.5 days to deliver.
Complete
pilots are excellent because we spread the training
out over three days, and spend the remainder of the
time with your supervisors and floor managers. We
give them an overview of the key floor-coaching skills
that will make reinforcement easy, and we introduce
the most critical skills from all of our training
programs. Your staff will be able to apply these new
skills immediately.

pre/post-measurement system so you can quantify your
